You can try Uline.ca.

I am one of their customer. Good fast service out of Toronto. I found the mylar bags with or without ziplock. They distribute Canada wide.

Is there any place in Southern Ontario that you can just go in and pay cash?

Berry Hill in St. Thomas has mylar bags on the shelf. They're not the zip lock type though. They'd need to be ironed closed. Good price though.
Here's a link:

If enough people want them, I have an account with ULINE, and can bring them in any time. I see they have a good selection and price, but their minimum carton size is around 100 units. I don't want that many, but can split them with someone.

I guess I must be the only one that doesn't want a paper trail.

I thought I replied to this one 🙁

I bought my mylar bags from Uline. I use them for a lot of packaging stuff.

http://www.uline.ca
They are based out of Brampton (right along the 407) and have really decent delivery options.

NEW USE FOR 'MYLAR' "emergency blankets" - I have a couple of them in my car and since it's going to be SO hot out I decided to use one on the inside of my windows (shiney side out) to BLOCK out the sun coming in and heating up the house. I just used two-sided tape around the outside of the glass and pressed it on! AND I can still see out the window, but you can't see in! (Good for SHTF protection). You can even get them at the Dollarama store. I'll have enough to do all my sunny windows......sweet! (I actually think it was Oldschool's idea......)
