Niagara Area meet up group

So I've discussed this with a few people, and I think a hands-on meet up group might be a fantastic idea.

My idea is, a small handful of people in the St Catharines/Niagara area, get together, as other groups across the nation do, but we focus a little more on hands on application of what we know and learn. So far, I'm the guy that has the gear, and the knowledge basis....but not the experience, and I'm guessing I'm likely not the only one. I'd really like to put some of what I've learned to the test, maybe do some over nights or weekends in the bush (as local as possible), with a few people either in the same inexperienced boat as me, or with those that have tested their wits and skills before. I love prepping, and though I'm still quite new at it, I realize the importance of having experience dealing with situations....no one can say without having the experience, that they will keep a level head, and know how to handle themselves in a given situation. So experience for me is the next step.

I do know of a few that meet in Niagara, as I've attended a few meets with Jensen, oldschool, and a few others....so I don't want to step on any toes at all, and perhaps the idea has been brought up before in Niagara, but on the off chance that this is a new and feasible thought, I'd really love to give it a shot.

So feel free to throw some ideas around on here, I'd love to hear opinions from as many as possible. And if anyone wants to PM me for a clearer picture of what I want to achieve with this, I do check my cpn inbox every day.
