Sorry but I don't know where else to turn. The Hamilton shelter has a 72 hour kill rule for some animals. This lovely little stray came onto my porch this morning. I have given him some food, water and put a small travel case out with a towel for him to sleep in. I will take him to the vets in the morning but I can't keep him as much as I want to. Heck he may be gone in the morning but I am trying to find someone to take him and give him a good home or a good shelter that will take him. It breaks my heart to see people do this to their pets.

Post on Craigslist or contact Toronto Cat Rescue as they take cats from the Hamilton shelter to foster.

My step daughter can't decide if they are the meanest looking cat she has seen or the saddest. I agree about the brick wall.

Home for him has been found.
Thanks for the help

well you only saw it for a day right? it could be someone's outdoor cat. now if it keeps coming back to your porch for the food, then it is a stray or someone is neglecting to feed it! either way i hope it finds a nice place to live, brick face or not lol

Lovely one? Do you mean after he has been cleaned up?
