Think I still have part of it in my finger. It hurt too bad to cut any deeper and too much bleeding to see if I got it all lol

Guess I will try again later 🙁

😥 Is it glass? or metal? (that you have stuck in your finger)
this may help:

Absolutely... reminiscing of what might have been.... if I'd only had the knowledge, experience and maturity I have now... well the first 2 anyway....

Wisdom comes from past judgments, judgment comes from experience and experience come from mistakes. A man that sits on a mountain can contemplate life, but without making mistakes a man/woman, can never be wise. JT

Ranger, I do learn from my mistakes 🙄 ...I think the trouble is I try and do everything yesterday! Sometimes thinking (or feeling) that I'm running out of time to get organized and then rushing to get "it" done and then stuffing "it" up big time so that I have to start again...this is why I'm such an info junkie - If I can learn the "how to" points then maybe I won't stuff up so much! If you've got a couple hours I could tell you about the "it's" I've stuffed up! 😥

Talking about prepping at work... Some people just like to poke fun, but they do all say if anything ever did go wrong there coming over to my place. I dont say much to anyone, including family anymore.

the first time i used mylar and DE to seal up wheat. . . had the safety glasses, had the mask. . . sealed it all up, not inhaling it, no eyes burning from the DE. . .

all done, mask off.. .

"oh no one bag didn't seal". . . squeeze the air out, face full of DE, scratched the living life out of my throat. it was worse then when i had strep throat after doing the NBCD training with CF gas lol (yes, gas and strep throat same weekend :P)

it burned, it dried out, it hurt, scratchy fire. . . it sucked.
a good 10-14 days of pure suckage!

thanks for sharing, I have no idea that you would have safety issues with DE

DE, can kill you if to much is inhaled, as it will line your lung with no way other than flooding your lungs with a liquid to get rid of it, but by then.....it wouldnt matter.

NO USE DE for many things.
just don't inhale it. . !!!!!

it's great, it kills bugs, it kills bugs that NOTHING else will. it's the first line of fight against scorpions, and it'll keep bedbugs out of the house (if used across the door)

in feed it kills bugs, destroys eggs, and when eating by animals or man, it'll take care of intestinal worms

i had it blown in my face, it scratched my throat, not much if any got in my lungs. . . i healed.

it's no more dangerous then most things we do. . . adding water to a solar system battery, using power tools, driving. . . etc. just use the proper PPE
