Since it should be framed anyhow I personally would just build a structure and sheath it in steel. I do have a 48' container but it makes a better storage unit than a home. We looked into the costs and time to build a steel container home and it simply was too expensive. If you like tooting around and retrofitting you may like to do one. We are looking into buying 3 more and doing the square perimeter thing.
