well went fishing today, didnt catch anything, but found lots of mint growing rampant, so throwing it on the dehydrator for tea.
the other day i canned 22 jars - 1/2pts - of unsweetened apple sauce from a tree growing off by itself(so it was free)
and a dehydrator full of apple chips - theyre so tasty -
and another batch of dried mushrooms, busy week.

In the last week or so....2 batches of monkey butter, 3 batches of raspberry-peach jam, two batches of sour cherry jam, froze 6 quarts of tomatoes, I'm going to guess at a total of 3 quarts of mixed little hot peppers got bagged for the freezer, pickled 4 pints of peppers in a sweet pickling syrup. I suspect I'll be doing a LOT of pickled peppers. My peppers are going gangbusters and my tomatoes are still producing like crazy...I found a bruschetta topping to can on the Ball canning site that I'm going to try this week too.

Sorted out more of the Cupboards making room to move the Pantry from the small area in my tiny kitchen to a much larger area.
Stocked up on canned goods, veges, beans, chicken, tuna, spam. Another 24 pack TP (i live alone, in a small space) Got more groceries coming later, freezer fillers and stuff for a cooking session.

My box of "free items" (paid shipping) aboout $40 worth, some foodstuffs, shampoo, a grater, Bottle of Fish oil tablets.
Bought 5 pack of Aussie Army surplus can opener/spoons -
Found missing memory card and 2 packs of pain meds that had fallen behind desk.

waiting to hear about some 12 liter buckets with lids.
