I don't believe that they actually can secede. It is illegal, but my concern is not whether they can, but the fact that they are upset enough to talk about it instead of taking their lumps that the guy they wanted didn't win. I think that with the upcoming tax shake up might make for some unpleasantness south of the border and even some violent protests.

Well,at least 7 got enough signatures to have their petition noticed, so we'll see what happens. I really don't think the president has time for this nonsence with everything else going on with his budget, Sandy and now the middle east.
