I wouldnt believe a thing anyone of them say's... they will say whatever has the potential to line their pocket.

Now I am going to be up late typing....Well since the site is for Americans I will start with the first two, dont think the German one is applicable though. These sites didnt come up when I first googled a place to report such things, must have used the wrong search terms, now I am finding lots of contacts.

There is now a petition out to encourage the government to award Kevin Vickers (The Commons Sergeant at Arms) the Cross of Valour.

HIghway 401 (Part of it dubbed the Highway of Heroes) was busy as Cpl. Nathan Cirillio returned to Hamilton last Saturday...

And we will be inundated with new information about the shooting I'm sure for weeks to come...

I might be controversial here, but I don't think that the Sergeant-at-Arms did an act of valour. Beyond ceremonial functions, he is after all the head of security in parliament. How about the security constable that grabbed the gunman's barrel and got shot in the process?

That said, I hope Mr Vickers get the proper counselling and support required after the events unfolded. I would think that any police officer involved in a shooting death would go through interviews, defusing, etc and probably wouldn't be at work first thing next morning.

I dont think your being controversial in bringing it up at all. These are well paid and well compensated security/police forces which are being well paid and compensated for exactly this reason. To give one a medal for doing what he's been hired to do does deserve to be questioned before we all wrap ourselves up in the flag and full of emotion start handing out medals.

Its standard for most places, (Not only LEO) to have mandatory counseling, follow up, etc. after a fatality or major incident. I'm sure Mr. Vickers, as well as so many others involved in this will now go through the process of recovery.

I for one, am proud of the members of this forum, who have refrained from calling for the expulsion of all muslims from the country...as members from other forums have done with comments like this...

ALL police and military ammunition should be dipped in pigs blood and lubricated with pig fat. Period

or this...

many cultures come here for better life and way-of-life. if this act is done by muslims.. we need to empty ALL mosques immediately..

Unfortunately there will always be racism on planet earth. The moderators of that forum should have addresses such comments and flagged them as inappropriate although it goes to show you how much integrity they have considering a moderator made one of those comments.

Owing to dificulties encountered in the last two events, only ICRCC and myself wild_E will be the people who have the final say and are the Official Organizers.

Since that forum is now wholly in charge of the Ontario Preparedness 2015 get together, maybe contact vendors, advertisers and presenters. See if they are supportive of all the goodness going on there. Here is the link.

http://ontariopreparedness.com/?page_id=770

Wholly in charge? Because they say so? I don't think so. Perhaps this is a good oppurunity to publicly make a statement in this regard:

Owing to dificulties encountered in the last two events, I (Che), will have the final say for the Annual Ontario Preppers Event moving forward and I'm the Official Organizer. Any claims by anyone else otherwise have no bearing or credibility in this respect. For more information visit: http://annualpreppersmeet.com/ .

Unfortunately there's prepper organizations and prepper businesses that will go to any lengths to discredit non-profit organizations like mine so they can take your money and control the prepper movement in Ontario. It's a shame they've gone to such low and immoral depths.

Now before this thread goes south let me redirect to the topic at hand.

...in fact I dont think I have seen see a Canadian site filled with as much right wing, Knuckle draging religous hate...If these clowns arnt being watched close, some security agencies are not doing thier job...Infact after seeing some of that, I saved what I read, and since I visited their site , I sure dont want my IP adress identified as a possible supporter of these POS, so who knows where I can report this? and send off what I coppied.

Good point. Any rational person would recognize that some religions have a subset of people within that religion that commit heinous acts against humanity. When you label all of them then that's called racism.

As for awards surrounding whom should get what I'll leave that to the people to decide. Irrespective of any opinions in this regard, a man died last week while on duty for a job that protects our rights and freedoms. This man should be honored in every sense of the word.

Photos sometimes speak louder than words:

I agree.

Well put Che, and finally something I can get behind 100%. I hope more Canadians maintain this mindset now as politicians bend these events to their needs. A soldier died over something we know not, and I hope we find the truth to his having to die instead of pursuing some misguided agenda. The picture was a perfect one too to capture true Canadians taking note of that which deserves notice!

And already parliament is talking of giving more power to CSIS to deal with terrorist acts. Seems we just did that on 15 Oct and now they wish to do more http://news.nationalpost.com/2014/10/15/csis-to-get-more-powers-to-track-suspected-terrorists-as-details-emerge-of-new-federal-bill/
And it seems they were just about to table another bill to further increase CSIS powers that very day that this shooting occurred. http://globalnews.ca/news/1634503/should-csis-have-more-powers-to-investigate-potential-homegrown-threats/

Now they state that they need tighter security measures so this doesn't occur again. You don't need any new legislation to tighten security, just do it. It's how these new laws affect everyday Canadians that should be noted. Someone will state how a new law will affect a possible terrorist but leave out how that same law will also allow Police to revoke those cetain rights on a Canadian citizen too.... this is what is wrong with today's current approach to our legal system. They proclaim our old laws are useless and we are to accept this as fact, even though they have worked well for 140 years and throughout 2 world wars so far.

I think that the RCMP's antics performed on the town of High River is a good reminder that this federal police force has enough powers already as they were not prosecuted or even reprimanded for overstepping limits during this police action. No apologies were given and everything was swept under the table, showing that higher powers condoned these actions. Even the military left and refused to take part in such shady antics. This should have been a sign to others that they were exceeding set boundaries as miltary forces don't study law as a police officer does and yet they somehow knew better. And this comes at a time when we support a known fascist government in Ukraine to shell civilians in the name of peace.....

Seems like ICRCC loved Muslims when he was on this board..... or did he?

Postby ICRCC » Fri May 24, 2013 4:25 am

The vast majority of Muslims are peace loving people, period. There is a group within Muslims who wish to blend both politics and religion. This group are generally referred to as Islamists. The Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt for example is Islamist (so are Al Qaeda). What are generally termed Radical Islamists are the problem because of the steps they are prepared to take to archive their goal (Al Qaeda and the like). I have a friend who is a Muslim. He is not an Islamist; in fact if he was I would be worried as Sharia law is not appropriate in Canada.

Wonder if he still has that Muslim friend? Hope his cp chums don't find out 😳

wow you actually post someone's private email on this site..this does not give me the warm and fuzzies..you are opening a window to anyone to email to this past member...this should make everyone in this site that is trying to stay private feel real warm, that another member can shame someone else over a comment and then expose them to the world by posting their email address.. 😯

BOO on you scrounger..if I could vote on this thread it would be a fail because of this

Chill out there Kelee...
ICRCC posted this email on every one of his posts as it is in his signature line.
No one is exposing anything personal here...as a matter of fact, I just recently disapproved a post where the member attempted to post another members legal name, address, etc.
That is not acceptable here...unlike another forum which will remain nameless.
And I really wonder why members of that other forum feel the need to come over here and try to stir up the pot.

Kelee,

Did Mayor McCheese put you up to this? If you want to see some truly mindblowing information then pm me and ask for it. I won't post it here. You will never guess which of your campfire compadre's sent it to me in an attempt to stir the pot. But unlike you, I didn't fall for it. Stop being a dupe and think for your self.

Isn't this turning into a childish argument? I mean the topic is about the House of Commons, where grown up politicians do act like children, but here??
