Good job on the broccoli sspencer69! It tastes excellent when you steam it then add a little butter and salt....
My kids used to make 'volcanoes': mashed potatoes mounded then home-made cheese sauce 'lava' running down through the 'forest' of broccoli trees stuck in the potatoes 😆
Yes but they would be very small portions.
Went to Costco and got the following:
2x 40 double rolls of T.P. (Now on the package it say they are double rolls and that it equals 120 single rolls?? My math isn't that bad or I'm not reading it right.)
18 rolls Paper Towel
20 boxes Kleenex
3L ketchup
2L MustardUnfortunately we had to evict someone from the building in which I am the asst. Super. They left behind a ton of crap we have to clean out but I did get an extra propane tank for the BBQ.
I'm actually a VERY picky eater but lately I have been trying new things. Tried broccoli for the first time and found it very bland!!
I remember my super days in Montreal...some things I picked up along the way include...
Oil lamp with wall mount
Cast iron pans, dutch oven, lasagna pan
TONS of furniture
Don't forget to check if they had a locker!
Im not sure what the risk is in the Ottawa / Montreal area but around here I wouldn't take any used furniture unless I had it completely cleaned and fumigated. There is a bedbug epidemic that wasn't a problem even 10 years ago. The damn things are everywhere.

I used to clean everything VERY WELL, but back then it was more for cockroaches!

Today I added:
100 lbs potatoes
25 lbs Carrots
20 lbs Onions
12 cans Pasta Sauce
4 gallons Vinegar
Canned 14l hamburger soup, 10l crushed tomatoes, 9l sausage soup. So much work.......
I bought out the dollar stores stock of canning lids - this time it WAS me Denob -120 boxes of lids - that should last for awhile...I think I have nearly hit critical mass as far as canning jars go.
