1 - The entire property that the North Bay underground radar station is in.
2 - Crew and supplies to convert it for an underground village and hydroponics farm.
3 - Enough hot college chicks and beer to keep me happy til the end of time.
PS. Anyone wishing to join me had better on plan bringing a spare liver!

I'd never heard of that underground base... damn Cheyenne Mountain gets all the glory and all the cool cameos in the movies! I wish they still did tours but it sounds like they don't anymore 😥
