I show this video to present what bad news is. all EU news claim Pro-Russians killed 16 yet reporter's earlier video absolutely shows different and cannot be a fake(just watch it yourself). They blame Putin for backing the pro Russians yet they don't have any equipment, only Ukraine seems to. He claims care is taken to prevent civilian casualties and yet they use riot police against civilians while shooting real bullets(earlier links I've provided). Even Russia occupying Crimea was only by invite of the Ukraine people of Crimea while president of Ukraine also pleaded(not unelected dictator), with immediate vote with 27 countries to witness and who judged fair. I have had to sort through alot of misleading propaganda while presenting decent data within this thread. There has been much more that I would have liked to have used but it often was mixed with too much opinion and not enough fact. Yet there were still so much damning videos to remind me that I was being more than just in my presentation. Our own countries media has become a new tool to manipulate us into believing our government is just, with future expectations that us and our sons will someday fight against an enemy who is ultimately undeserving of our wrath. No matter how tough our life might become without oil, I would rather face that issue bravely than to have to admit to myself that I'd kill others just for the resources they possess.

I expect that the violence in the east will escalate to quickly get control of this region, now that the elections are over. I'm also betting that alot of this news will cease too as all media(like internet connections) will be shut down by their new government. There is little to no news from east Ukraine anymore showing that the west has likely cut all their communications with the outside world. It does appear that the new ploy of the US is to proclaim that the enemy has committed the action they themselves perpetrated. We will likely know that Russia is backing the east when they start using real military equipment against their enemies who hide in tanks.

Funny how this is happening now after US passes a new bill to do such as this! Might have worked better if they just did it without passing it thru parliament first.

They focus on west elections but make light of violence being committed in the east. He even mentions the acceptance of the EU deal which previous ousted PM refused and why EU promoted this revolt. Again the repeat accusations of Russia using those tactics which the EU use daily. BTW, this constant repeat is done to reaffirm previous claims in the viewers mind that these things did occur even though no real proof is given.

At no time does any American news ask why the US so quickly accepted the coup and backed the new regime. Nor do they explain why they call the defenders extremists when the new regime has obvious fascist ties. Still no response by NATO who is supposed to help bring peace to the region and we all know why.....

I can't help but wonder what your perspective would be were this a domestic problem. For example, the FLQ crisis in the early 70s. Did Canada have the right to implement the war measures act to deal with the terrorist threat? Was the government okay to even name the FLQ as terrorists? It seems to me that the Quebec separatists at the time were similar to the pro-Russian separatists. Imagine that the FLQ had seized a number of federal and provincial buildings as well as Mirabel Airport! (Now Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport) Would we as Canadians have had the right to use appropriate force to recover the buildings?

In one of your posts you ask, "where is NATO?". As you know, Ukraine is not a member of NATO and therefore there is no reason for any response from NATO. During the FLQ crisis, I understand that our American neighbours mobilized ground troops to support the federal Canadian government if it had been required. I'm asking these questions to get a better understanding of your perspective and motivations with respect to the current crisis.

A: The FLQ were not defending against a coup de tate such as these Separatists are. There are no outside forces manipulating Canada's government. They were instead a group who wished Quebec to separate and used violent acts to attain this goal. The Ukrainian Separatists are just denying an imposed government backed by the EU. I have shown so much proof of this and so have others.

A: Yes as their acts are well within the definition of terrorist. What terrorist actions have the pro Russians committed? You should go back and watch the videos !

-The media first called them pro-Russian defining them as not on the side of the EU, so therefore they must be on the side of Russia (not a true statement at that time)
- next they were labelled as Separatists which they really weren't either. They were just refusing the imposed dictator.
- now they are labelled Terrorist even though they have committed no acts of terror. NAME ONE! This name is given by the media to make the viewer see them as something they are not(manipulation tactics)

Our media proclaims that Russia has interfered many times and they have no video showing any of this until these last few days during election. Our media claims various recorded violent actions which all prove out to be committed by the Ukrainian army. Do you not notice that those dying always seem to be pro Russian only? And I can tell that you never watched the 1 1/2 hour video showing so much damning comments from the US and Ukraine parliament discussions as they themselves are conflicted in their actions to date.

I use these videos I list daily as "real evidence" over the "hearsay evidence" given to you by our news agencies (these are official classes of evidence used in a court of law). During 9/11 and all the Iraq war, media was manipulated daily in this same manner used today,to present the US as bringing freedom to the people. This same tactic was later used for Afghanistan and Libya too. Seems many must think they are somehow more free today(and not in shambles as they truly are) as it was the reason given for supposedly interfering with Ukraine's supposed coup. And our news continually ignores all the damning evidence showing this event was staged too. And why did the EU run right in and immediately side this new rebel leader? I've presented proof to this and many other questions, yet you still listen to the media that answers none of your questions with decent answers!

A: then why is NATO standing on the border of Russia? To fight Russia of course. Why? Russia supposedly invaded Crimea! Even with recorded phone calls showing the coup was a staged event created by the US, and no one denying them fake, we still believed that Russia invaded. When the Ukraine army ignored orders to fight Russia because they didn't really want to follow an imposed dictator, we still believed that Russia invaded. WHY? Because our media said it is so!

It was the EU's new dictator saying not to enter. Then NATO stated they were only going there to bring peace to the region. That is also what Canada proclaimed. So why are they not doing so? They are really there to make Russia accept the regime change that the EU brought about. Why? Because the last PM decided to go with Russia's deal and not the EU. FACT!
The EU are sore losers and they couldn't afford to lose this deal. Harper even states it in his speech where he says they had to put Ukraine back on the Euro-Atlantic path. That means he was privy to the tactics used to manipulate those in power. Do you not even challenge why the EU made deals with the fascists to acquire the violent actions to achieve this success. That is what the argument in the new Ukraine parliament was about. They gave guns to a bunch of hoodlums to succeed.

Please go back and watch some of these video's to see through all the false propaganda they bombard us with daily. If we, the public finally accept their lies as truth, the next thing is they'll expect us to do is fight an enemy who has done nothing wrong!

Seems hard to find news other than pro-American perspective today. Censorship is becoming more obvious each day as new US legislation seems to pertain to both home and abroad regarding the Ukraine.

Overall, one can see that there are powerful forces promoting escalation and war in becoming the obvious conclusion. Russia is not going allow their borders be surrounded any further than they already are. NATO is building up it's armada while claiming Russia is the cause and Russia's pulling back has only caused them to appear weak. Now as Russia shows they will stand firm, NATO will likely claim this as an act of aggression to step in on the side of Ukraine....and why?
